Competed for the INBF, in Ladies Bodybuilding “Master category (for ages 40 plus), in November 2012, winning 1st place. Competed in “Open” category at the same event, winning 1st place and winning the Women’s Overall Bodybuilding Champion trophy.
Competed for the IDFA, in Ladies Bodybuilding “Master” category (for ages 40 plus), in May 2009, winning 1^st place. Competed in the “Open” category at the same event, winning 1^st place and winning the Women’s Overall Bodybuilding trophy.
Competed for the INBA, in Ladies Bodybuilding “Grandmaster” category (for ages 50 to 60), in August 2008, winning 1^st place
Competed for the INBA, in Ladies Bodybuilding “Open” category (all ages), in August 2008, receiving 2^nd place.

Michelle and Jack – Nutrition & Fitness Lifestyle Coaches

Michelle and Jack work as Nutrition and Fitness Lifestyle Coaches within their private fitness studio at their home, in the Capilano area of Edmonton.

We have seen excellent results in our clients who choose to train within their own homes or their chosen gym, so we design workout plans that are effective and results-oriented for those who want to train out of their home or a gym. We consult with you on how to use your existing home or gym equipment or recommend equipment to purchase that is effective and inexpensive for home use. We even have clients who have no equipment at all that we train with body weight exercises!

We fitness train you within our home fitness studio, which is well equipped and very functional. If you have a workout room in your condo, we can put together exercise programs for you to use there. Our functional equipment can "mimic" the movements of any of the big shiny machines in the gym!

We can also get you in "gym-ready" shape if you are looking to join a gym or fitness facility in your near future.

We follow a functional style of training that will address and correct postural deviations, muscle imbalances or weakness and joint instability. We work with weight loss clients, osteoarthritic clients, post surgical clients (hip, knee and shoulder), seniors and youths or adults who may be new to weight training. We also work with weight loss clients.

We provide online support for all clients and can even provide distance nutrition coaching and online fitness training.

We offer all new clients a NO CHARGE 1-hour consult to discuss your health goals. Our rates are very reasonable and our clients regularly tell us we go above and beyond what they expect from us!

NUTRITION FOR LIFE

At the core of our beliefs, is the fact that if you are 85% compliant with eating healthy and whole foods, that you will see and feel changes.

We prefer to focus on your nutrition goals first, as what you eat accounts for 80 to 85% of what you see in the mirror, how your clothes fit, your energy level and your ability to perform at work and at a chosen sport. You truly are "what you eat"!

Proper nutrition works in concert with a regular exercise regimen and in order to reach your goals, we get your food working for you so that you have energy to fuel your fitness workouts. If you are not seeking nutrition coaching, we are happy to work with you on fitness coaching and training.

Being Fitness Lifestyle Coaches with a Nutrition Certification (3 years of study) has made a huge difference for us in that being competitive Masters athletes, we now remain 8 to 10 pounds away from our competitive weight, without suffering, feeling depleted or deprived.

We offer a very reasonably priced nutrition session package which will help you to achieve your goals even faster when you partner whole foods, simple food plans and our shortcuts to save you time preparing your food.
